Please complete and submit the application below. Your application will be reviewed by the Youth Program Assistants, and you will be contacted within 24- 48 hours. 

 Enrollment steps:

(1) complete a student application

(2) Schedule an enrollment meeting with our Enrollment Coordinator

(3) Attend an enrollment meeting to talk about the student’s individual needs

(4) Sign disclosures and waivers and create your child’s schedule.

 *It is a requirement of our program that students arrive at their sessions with either their homework, area of interest, or project assignments.
