Governing Board Positions Available –
Looking for candidates with non-profit management, legal, PR, fundraising development or strategic management experience.
Dynasty’s United Youth Association’s (DUYA) mission is to empower youth to thrive and break the cycle of poverty through education, mental health, and transformative programs.

Governing Board Member Commitment:

- Attend monthly board meetings held every third Thursday at 5:30pm (virtual)
- Commit to at least 6-10 hours of service hours outside of board meetings, completed independently on your own time
- Board “give/get” Policy: Board members are expected to support the organization financially and through their network.
- Board of Director member dues are $75.00 per month, due the first Thursday of each month; and
- Board of Directors shall each be required to secure $2,600 annually in donations (personally or through their network)
Advisory Council Member Commitment (Non-voting):
- 1 year commitment with the option of re-election
- Attend annual board retreat held in September
- Advisory Council members are expected to support the organization financially and through their network.
- Leverage connections, networks, and resources to develop collective action to fully achieve the organization’s mission
- Fulfill Advisory Council commitment of at least $1,500 or more to support our ANNUAL CAMPAIGN by October 31, 2024.
