Zipporah Pruit is responsible for the hosting of all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Biography – Zipporah ‘’Zipp’’ Pruitt is currently a university student majoring in English and Journalism, born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She writes both nonfiction and fiction stories with plans to release her debut novel of her series with her co-author, her partner, next year. In addition to debuting her blog, Zipp-Zapps, this spring, where she writes retrospectives and interviews those who grew up with the music during what she considers the Golden Age of music from the 60s to the 80s. She plans to complete her bachelor’s in the next year in the fall, but is working hard to keep busy and use her free time productively by being a member of the Social Media Committee at DUYA, researching and offering suggestions to improve DUYA’s engagement on numbers social media platforms to help DUYA reach more underprivileged children and teens in the greater Los Angeles area. It is her goal to fulfill DUYA’s mission for these children and teens to have the motivation and assistance through tutors to be successful in school and be ready for college.
